Horror Story Ojol Driver Receives 'Unseen' Order: Now Afraid to Lose

The job of being an ojol driver ( online motorcycle taxi ) is considered by some to be an easy thing.

However, this does not appear to be as imagined, because to work as an ojol driver requires considerable guts, both for humans and mystical things.

Jzeey got the opportunity to listen to the horror story of an ojol driver who received an 'unseen' order.

This incident was experienced by Fikri (name changed), an ojol driver from Depok City.

At the beginning of the conversation, he mentioned that this extraordinary event occurred in the month of Ramadan 2022.

"I have a horror story when I was picking up passengers during the fasting month yesterday," he told Jzeey, on a trip last Saturday (29/5).

He said that the incident began when he tried to 'gain'.

For those who don't know, 'ngalong' is a term for ojol drivers who work to find customers at night.

Furthermore, he also said that the order was 'unseen: it appeared around 00.30 WIB.

"At half past one in the evening, there was an order coming in for a delivery to the outskirts of Depok," said Fikri.

"I don't think it's weird, I just accept it in the application, then pick up the passenger," he continued.

Fikri said that the passengers who ordered ojol looked like office employees who wanted to go home from work.

"On the road, we chat as usual, talk about anything. The names are passengers and motorcycle taxi drivers , right," said Fikri.

However, as he approached the drop off point, the ojol driver had an unexpected experience.

Fikri admitted that after passing the 'sleeping police', his vehicle felt as light as without passengers.

"When I passed the 'sleeping police', the motorbike felt calm and seemed like there were no passengers," said Fikri.

"But at that time I just kept walking even though after that there was no more conversation with the mbak," he added.

And not long after that, Fikri admitted that he saw the passenger standing on the side of the road with a different condition.

"I was shocked when I saw my passenger on the side of the road with a badly injured body but still able to smile widely at me," said Fikri.

"From there, I couldn't think of anything other than running as fast as I could," he added.

He also admitted that when he 'escaped' from the location, there was the sound of soft cries that whirred in his ears for several minutes.

"From there, I'm now afraid to run away again," concluded Fikri.
