Different from the incubation program in general, which provides a uniform curriculum for all participants, ImpacttoBuild focuses on exploring and diagnosing pain points of each startup to design a personalized curriculum according to the needs of selected startups.
Impactto Associate & Program Manager ImpacttoBuild Ariance Valentina said, "We believe there are still many misconceptions in the startup world, for example founders who do not have practical knowledge in building startups, do not have a product roadmap concrete , only focus on fundraising without clear projections, and many more.
“These things are enemies that must be overcome together. That's why we voice the spirit of #GoWithTheFoe, where we want to accompany every startup to love problems, focus on users, create solutions that are needed by a wide audience, and have a solid strategy to achieve profitability," Ariance said in a press release, Wednesday (29/6/ 2022).
The ImpacttoBuild first batch program has selected and selected 20 startups that are in the process of diagnosing traction and pain points data. This diagnostic session aims to explore the challenges faced by participating startups and how the team is progressing in designing solutions.
Furthermore, 5 startups from 20 startups will receive more intensive and targeted guidance through a 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions process with Coach Impactto and Impactto Partner and Team.
They will also get tech support from the ImpacttoBuild program. The coaches presented are from startups that have been proven to find the right problems and solutions for their respective markets, such as Sociolla, Halodoc, Xendit, HappyFresh, Tiket.com, and SIRCLO.
After completing the training, the five startups will share their profiles, experiences, and growth during the program at the ImpactDay peak event, which will be broadcast live on Impactto's youtube account.
“The right mindset will be the key in sparking innovation and supporting founders to achieve PMF and make their business successful,” said Ariance.
To make this program a success, Impactto itself collaborates with various Innovation Partners. They are innovation partners with a vision that is in line with the ImpacttoBuild program, which is to help early-stage startups get PMF so they can develop more rapidly and sustainably.
Currently the Innovation Partners of ImpacttoBuild are the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Midtrans, WGSHub, and Panasonic. Each Innovation Partner has its own role in providing support for participants.
“For example, our partner WGSHub seeks to help early-stage startups by channeling technology expert talents who can later assist the product/technology development process. Not only that, Midtrans as a payment gateway , can help provide digital payment solutions that can accelerate their financial system," Ariance added.
