Because not everyone understands how to protect privacy on Facebook , Meta created a quiz on its platform.
When it comes to social media, it certainly doesn't escape the issue of phishing or social engineering that is currently rife in Indonesia.
According to Meta protecting privacy and personal data is an important step for us to stay comfortable having meaningful relationships on social media.
The way to protect privacy is not the first time Meta has shared, but with the Privacy100 , Meta has new hope.
Which is where the public can easily and comfortably understand the privacy controls that can be done on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp .

Meta launches Privacy100 which is a quiz show full of information and education about various features and tips on how to keep our personal data and security safe.
"Through the Privacy100 quiz, we want to invite people to better understand how they can control their privacy on top of the technology that Meta provides," said Noudhy Valdryno, Public Policy Manager for Meta in Indonesia.
Privacy100 Quiz will provide information that is important to the public about privacy, such as what personal data we must protect.
Then they are invited to get to know the features on Facebook , Instagram , and WhatsApp that people can use for two things.
Namely making strong passwords, to tips on how to avoid trying to hack accounts such as phishing practices.
Creators already known by the community on Facebook and Instagram will take part in this quiz, including Reza Chandika, Ankatama, Debby Sahertian, and Aditya Elemand (Elmandsipasi), and guided by Dimas Beck and Ncess Nabati.
Privacy100 Quiz will be broadcast on June 22, 2022 on the Meta Indonesia Facebook Page.
Privacy100 is part of Meta's Privacy Month series in Indonesia to share information, tips and the latest news on how people can protect and control their privacy.
Prior to the introduction of Privacy100, last May, Meta launched its Your Profile, Your Home campaign.
This campaign is embodied in an interactive website that will guide users to build a house with customized protection.
Like how you set the level of privacy on your respective social media accounts.
Later, while playing, users can also learn about the features on Facebook to strengthen account privacy.
Arianne Jimenez, Privacy and Public Policy APAC Meta, explains that protecting the privacy and security of users' personal data is fundamental to Meta's running of business, and it is everyone's responsibility at Meta.
"We hope that the initiatives we undertake can increase understanding of the various privacy and security-related features that we have designed, so that everyone can keep their personal information safe online," said Arianne.
