The reason is, the official announcement of Genshin Impact only shows very few leaks of Tighnari's skills that are likely to be released in Genshin Impact 3.0 .

Charged Attack
Genshin Impact resmi mengonfirmasi bahwa Tighnari akan menjadi karakter terbaru yang mengusung elemental skill Dendro.
A leak from the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit reveals that Tighnari will be the 5-star Dendro character who wields a bow weapon.
Leaker UBatcha describes Tighnari as Dendro's version of Ganyu because his power is based on charged attacks.
Charged attack Level 1 deals Dendro damage, then at level 2 he will add an IV arrow that releases 4 new projectiles that will hit the enemy.
This projectile can track enemies and deal Dendro AoE (area of effect) damage.
Elemental Skills
Then, Tighnari has an elemental skill with a fairly wide AoE.
His elemental skill is able to create a Dendro field that puts the enemy in a state of chaos.
When elemental skills are active, Tighnari's level 2 charged attack attacks will be faster.
The buff of elemental skills stops working after Tighnari fires 3 charged attacks.
Elemental Burst
Elemental Burst Tighnari makes him collect all the nature seeds for and shoot arrows at the target enemy.
Once hit, the arrow will then summon more projectiles and all arrows will deal Dendro damage.

Furthermore, leaks reveal that Tighnari's passive skills are similar to Klee and Qiqi.
Whenever he is on the team, resource locations unique to the Sumeru region will appear on the mini map.
Tighnari will reportedly be released in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update which is scheduled to be available at the end of August this year.
However, it should be noted that this skill leak has not been confirmed by Hoyoverse.
